Yamaha Revstar Professional RSP02T Electric Guitar, Sunset Burst

Crafted in Japan by master luthiers, the Yamaha Revstar Professional RSP02T represents the pinnacle of the Revstar series. It features a custom tailpiece, standout body design and pair of P90 pickups - a truly eye-catching guitar, with a sound to match!

The RSP02T features a chambered mahogany body set with carbon reinforcements and complete with a maple top. This construction that helps two things, to help reduce weight for a more comfortable playing experience, and to sculpt the tone of the guitar for a clearer, full sound.

The body is paired with a 3-peice mahogany neck which hosts carbon reinforcement for added stability. The neck has which has a smooth satin polyurethane finish and is topped with a rosewood fingerboard with a modern 12" radius and set with 22 stainless steel jumbo frets.

The RSP02T also features Yamahas I.R.A. (Initial Response Acceleration) process, which applies specific vibrations to release stresses between an instruments components, resulting in a new guitar with played-in sound and feel.

Powering the Revstar Professional RSP02T is a pair of Yamaha designed VP5 P90 pickups. The pickups are wired through master volume and tone controls and a 5-way switch - the subtle phase shift on positions 2 and 4 offers a fresh take on classic in-between sounds. Yamaha's Focus Switch, accessible via a Push/Pull Tone control, activates a passive boost with an effect similar to overwound pickups darker highs, increased mids and lows, and an aggressive character.

Other appointments include a rock solid Tune-o-matic bridge, an eye-catching custom "racing" tailpiece, a 3-ply pickguard, and die-cast tuners.

The guitar comes complete with a hard case.
