Great sounding Alvarez-Yairi acoustic guitar. Very balanced tone with great action. The guitar does have some surface dents and some fret wear. There is a surface crack on the guitar top (See Photos) that is not deep, does not affect guitar tone and is not in need of repair. It is very stable. The Alvarez-Yairi name has always indicated great sounding instruments. This is no exception.
Comes with Alvarez Hardshell Case in Very Good Condition.
