The Ibanez JEM77P Steve Vai Signature is a Premium-series electric guitar that combines the distinctive JEM design with a fast-playing neck and versatile H-S-H pickup configuration. The JEM77P features an American basswood body in the recognizable Blue Floral Pattern finish, along with the signature JEM “Monkey Grip.” A five-piece Maple/Walnut Wizard neck with KTS titanium reinforcement rods and a maple fingerboard with Tree of Life inlay provide the characteristic JEM feel and appearance. DiMarzio Gravity Storm humbuckers in the neck and bridge positions are paired with a DiMarzio Evolution single-coil in the middle, while an Edge-Zero II double-locking tremolo provides wide-range pitch control and tuning stability.
